Greg Crowder has been a professional photographer for over fifteen years. He first started shooting headshots in a studio in San Diego, California. He continued shooting and became an associate casting director with Barbara Shannon Casting, CSA. He worked with Barbara for five years, casting national commercial campaigns for AOL, BUICK, CHEVY, just to name a few. He was associate casting director on many films including “MICHAEL LANDON, THE FATHER I KNEW,” and “BLOWBACK” Barbara Shannon passed away a few years ago.

Mr. Crowder is now a writer/producer with 6 reel pictures and has produced the short film “HANK AND EDGAR,” and written and produced two short films “NICHE,” and “BOY CALLED FISH.” Mr. Crowder is currently in development on his first feature film “CACTUS,” which he co-wrote and is producing.

Mr. Crowder remains a leading headshot photographer and has influenced many other photographer’s with his natural, fun and spontaneous style. He knows the do’s and don’ts and the ins and outs of this business. Being both in casting and producing has given him an edge that goes unmatched in this industry. Mr. Crowder lives in Los Angeles but shoots also in San Diego and occasionally in other cities.
